The service

Yepsite builds, hosts, and maintains websites for businesses on a monthly or yearly subscription. By claiming a website or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Previews

We may prepare a website preview for your business using publicly available information. Previews are private, are not indexed by search engines, and are deleted if not claimed within the preview period. A preview is not a commitment by either party.

Your content

You are responsible for the content you give us to publish, and you confirm you have the right to use it. Once your site is live, we will replace any placeholder or publicly sourced images with images you provide on request. You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to use it to provide the service.

Domains

If we register a domain for you, it is registered in your name and remains yours. If you cancel, we will help you transfer it at no charge.

Changes and support

Routine changes (hours, photos, services, prices, text) are included in every plan and are typically completed within 24 hours. Larger redesigns or new features may be quoted separately. We reserve the right to decline content that is unlawful or misleading.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@yepsite.com; service continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion, except that we will refund the first month in full if you are not satisfied within 14 days of going live.

Cancellation

When you cancel, your website is taken down at the end of the billing period. We will provide a copy of your content on request within 30 days.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
