Who we are
Yepsite ("we", "us") builds and maintains websites for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Contact us at hello@yepsite.com.
Information we collect
- Public business information. To prepare a website preview, we use information that a business has made public, such as its name, address, phone number, hours, category, and publicly posted photos and reviews.
- Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number, business details, photos, and any content you send us to put on your website.
- Account and billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- Google Business Profile data. If you choose to connect your Google Business Profile, we access only the data needed to link your website, sync your hours and photos, and read or reply to reviews on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Usage data. Standard web server logs and privacy-friendly analytics on our site and on websites we host, such as page views and referrers. We do not sell this data.
How we use it
- To build, host, and maintain your website.
- To send you a preview of a website we have prepared for your business.
- To bill you and provide support.
- To send you monthly reports about your website.
- To comply with the law.
If we email you about a website preview, every message includes our mailing address and an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing is honored within 10 business days, usually immediately.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run Yepsite (hosting, email, payments, analytics), and only as needed. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Website previews that are not claimed are deleted after their preview period. If you cancel, we delete your website content within 30 days unless you ask us to keep it. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@yepsite.com.
